Free shipping is offered on all orders over $150 that are shipping domestically within the United States. Orders are shipped from Chicago, IL via USPS First-Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail.
Free shipping methods vary depending on package size and weight. Most small orders, 16 ounces or less( t-shirts, accessories, etc.), are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Larger orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
If you have a small order (example: one t-shirt) and would like faster shipping than USPS First Class Mail, please choose Priority Mail at checkout. Please contact us if you need express service or if you have other shipping preferences.
Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping and handling. Orders sent via First Class Mail usually reach their destinations in the continental US within 2-5 business days.
Orders sent via Priority Mail usually reach their destinations in the continental US within 1-3 business days.
International Shipping:
For international orders, we ship via USPS First Class International. Most orders reach their destinations within 7-14 business days.
Lost Package:
While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will contact the USPS to try to recover your package if this happens. Most of our packages are insured. If we need to file a claim on our end to replace your package, we will need you to complete all necessary forms in order to reship. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately.
